5th Years - Midwest Careers Fair

5th Year students got the opportunity to attend the Midwest Careers Fair this week to speak to many colleges from around Ireland. There were also representatives from other professionals in other career routes present to speak to the students such as The Army, Paramedics, An Garda Siochana and different apprenticeships. There was a wide range of courses  from agricultural engineering to dentistry on display. Students learned about alternate routes into different courses. There were different presentations throughout the day such as a presentation on the opportunity to study abroad.

Overall it was a great experience for the 5th year students with lots of information available on different options after school.
